Admissions to the Doctoral School in the academic year 2024/25 in English

ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
OF CANDIDATES FOR THE DOCTORAL SCHOOL
Prior to the commencement of the registration process, please prepare:
  • your identity document,
  • your diploma or a certified copy of your diploma of the second-cycle study programme or the uniform Master’s degree programme completion,
  • • a colour photo in the JPG format, in the size of 236x295 pixels +/- 3 pixels, conforming to the requirements applicable to identity cards.
At the end of the registration process, the Candidate will see an identification number UID and a password, which will enable them to log into the system for the purpose of possible edition of their data and learning the recruitment results. UID and the password should be written down.
CAUTION! Candidates who are Cracow University of Technology graduates, should log into the Candidate’s Panel in the log-in widow visible on the right using their existing UID and password prior to the commencement of the registration process.
Following completion of the registration process and entering the Candidate’s Panel, you will be able to print the personal questionnaire and attach the required documents in the electronic form in the tab “Candidate’s data,” in compliance with the Recruitment Regulations.
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and to be filled in by all Candidates. Failing to fill in data into the field marked with an asterisk will prevent you from moving into the next stage of the recruitment process.
An automatic confirmation of registration to the discipline of your choice will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.
